I will be taking a long-overdue beach vacation August 8-16. It’s been a few years.
Like so many, I have not prioritized vacationing.
Over the past year, though, I have learned to sit in stillness and listen to my body. Listen to the voice inside me. Not negative Nancy. The loving inner voice that reminds me who I am, where I’m meant to be, and guides me back to the path when I stray.
This week I will be reconnecting with the earth, the water, and myself. I am worthy of this.
